Rates include 0.16% for 2015 workforce training enhancement tax per S.B. 2958.In 2015, new employers use 1.16% for 1st year liability, 1.26% for 2nd year and 1.36% for 3rd year.
Effective for 2015, the rate of the surtax for the workforce enhancement training fund is 0.16%. While the surtax is included within the maximum experienced-employer tax rate of 5.4 percent in 2014, the surtax is to be assessed in addition to the maximum rate of 5.4 percent in 2015, for a maximum total rate of 5.56 percent.
